Rosemary’s subdivision only allows street legal golf carts for handicapped renters. Please double check to make sure you are staying on property and not just nearby. If you are staying on the property and meet the handicapped requirement then please email the Rosemary HOA to get a permit. Once you recieved the permit or confirmation then we will rent you a cart at discounted rate. If you are staying off property of Rosemary street legal golf carts are not permitted, not even in the town square. However there are many other great places to visit in the area such as The Hub, 30 Avenue, Shades restaurant, Deer lake state park, and much more.
